Day 6 -- The Long Drive Home
We learned on the way to Utah, that we should have started earlier in the day (duh!), and pack a lunch so the kids can run around the rest area. Instead of eating at a fast food restaurant and then stopping so they can run around. Naps were better coordinated with driving and we figured out some quarks with the DVD player in the car. Headphones are a must, otherwise Aiden just keeps talking over the movie. Headphones on, you only hear an occasional commentary. 
Aiden took this picture of us, at a rest area in Wyoming that I wouldn't recommond to anyone, but prarie dogs and those looking for the plague! The grass was so dead and the prarie dogs were numerous!! There were at least 10 or more circling while we ate our lunch. Dustin eventually stood up to eat and stomped his feet to keep them at bay!
Overall, we had a lot of fun and it went way to fast. Poor Dustin is back to work and Aiden, Cora and I are already 3 weeks into summer. Wow, at this rate we will be back to school in no time. Boo Hoo!
